As it is many of our company HRM/AD executives break their head decoding /E.T. Noise /making New things /religious text/scrolls trying to communicate the maximum to the bottom line /grass root level of their customs /co-workers are nowhere near reality & and end up in mess ( although there are exceptions ) In fact in companies most of the employees don’t even what know their company is ( This is the C.C GAP )basically they never felt that they are a part of it (The Corporation Feeling is missing ).As some body said the other day many of our coworkers (not merely employees ) feel a company is an “abstract deity”, yes we call communication at it’s what the present day HRM’s Need/PR need is they have to redefine them selves as “People Manager “and not just P.R /.C.C/Ad. Manager’s & instead of giving them high sounding Vedas /Extra Terrestrial Noise to Improve productivity /Sale use common man ‘s tongue or proverbs to develop (a) Commonality (b) Care ( c ) Communicability( Natural Close Making ).if Consumers/Co-Workers have developed brand /corporate loyalty )

It’s because of the 3 C’s or at least to save them from going into spittoon’s/use me tubs/switched off.
Now Lets concentrate on the internal C.C where we need real people’s manager “who can turn to /make “employability “( thru empathy ) and not simply generating /assigning /giving employment which makes them fee they are working for a common cause & are having a hand in upgrading /improving respective companies which is the missing link and not ‘YES the “TOTAL QUALITY CIRCLES” could be an answer for now but not a permanent solution in a non-Japanese set up set up.
As it is literature on . It must be understood that they are not ISLANDS they Cannot be applicable in isolation this is a sequential part to their development once the correct sequence is established it becomes only logical to proceed from one to the next but not all can fit into the system ( there are some companies trying Kaizen Since many years but didn’t get the desired results nor worked in a expected way so its advised by some of the market Pundits /Management Gurus to try the Oriental ways ( Manu-Smruthi ) *&*( Vdurniti) has a lot to tell about managerial behavior & communications at certain point one can refer the (Chanyakya Niti ) orThe Ancient Egyptian Masters who seldom Speaks....... So just Try Them ...
